Taylor Swift megafan posts cheeky plea for free Anfield gig tickets due to incredible Liverpool FC middle name link

It’s not unusual for parents to incorporate their love of their favourite football team into their child’s name. But one Taylor Swift is determined to use her remarkable football-inspired middle name to get her free tickets to the singer’s upcoming UK tour.

Caitlin Garner, who was born in Carlisle, has two middle names: the first ‘Hannah’ is relatively common; but the second ‘LFC’ is where things get a little wild. As a result of her Liverpool FC moniker, Caitlin, 25, has tweeted a plea to the Premier League club for free tickets to Taylor Swifts concert.

The pop superstar will play plays two nights at the club’s home ground Anfield next summer. The self-confessed “huge Swiftie” posted a thread on Twitter, alongside an image of her passport as proof of her unusual name.

However, she explains that bagging tickets to see the Anti-Hero singer is notoriously difficult, something she calls a “Taylor Swift lottery” with queues often “six hours long”. Caitlin also claims Liverpool FC will receive huge number of ‘free’ tickets pre-reserved or as part of a guest list.
